ZACHARY STEPHENS

Of Counsel

Zach is a seasoned attorney representing clients throughout California. His practice primarily consists of business and nonprofit law, providing advice to organizations and individuals on a variety of legal issues, including entity formation, business transactions, corporate governance, and disputes. 

Zach was admitted to the California Bar in 2010 after earning his juris doctorate from Golden Gate University School of Law. After being admitted to the Bar, Zach practiced in real estate, business, estate planning/litigation, and personal injury. This experience allows Zach to identify and address potential issues and pitfalls for his clients before problems arise. Zach enjoys taking a proactive approach with clients that aims to minimize client risk while maximizing client results. 

Zach is a Northern California native and is a member of the Sonoma County Bar Association and Mendocino County Bar Association. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children, cooking, going to concerts, and the outdoors.
