Senior Paralegal

Claire Aw is a senior paralegal in our business and nonprofit law division. Her work focuses primarily on incorporating companies and nonprofit organizations, reviewing corporate documents, keeping corporations compliant with government agencies, and supporting our attorneys.

Her experience as a qualified lawyer enriches her role as a paralegal, allowing her to provide insight and assistance to our legal team and clients. Claire strives to support our clients’ businesses and nonprofit work with the highest level of care and proficiency.

Claire holds a bachelor’s degree in law and was subsequently called to the Malaysian Bar, where she was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaysia. She was actively involved in the Malaysian Bar and has served the community on the state bar committee. Claire practiced as a lawyer specializing in civil, contract, and tax law in Malaysia before relocating to the States with her husband.

Since moving to Sonoma County, Claire has been immersing herself in the local culture and enjoying the beautiful weather. Her love for travel and exploration extends to her free time, where she often ventures out to discover new aspects of the area. She also enjoys sharing her passion for Malaysian cuisine with friends.
